I’ve just submitted a short story for commentary for a writing contest I’m entering on The Write Practice.com .  Contest deadlines are April 2 for commentary, April 9 for final draft. Word limit is 1500 and theme is The Best Bad Choice.  It broke my heart to write this story, but it sprang complete from my brain the moment I read the contest theme– a rare thing for a writer.  Even if it doesn’t win, the writing of it was something that I needed to do. I know Brindi approves.
